This position is primarily responsible for assisting the Executive Director and Site Manager in the day to day operations of MEFS, including but not limited to: greeting clients and donors; fulfilling client choice grocery orders; processing donations, deliveries and stocking of product; monitoring inventory levels and assist in training volunteers. This position located at the Hutchinson Site (with some flexibility to travel to the Glencoe site.) The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, flexibility, experience working in a fast-paced environment, experience working with volunteers, be a team player, basic knowledge of computers, understand and maintain strict confidentiality, have dependable transportation, and be able to do repetitive lifting of at least 40 pounds.
