DESCRIPTION:Registration begins at 10:00 AM until 10:30 AM.  The parade will begin promptly at 11:00 a.m. going throughout Riverside Park. In case of rain\, all events will be moved to the Hutchinson Recreation Center.\n\nNEW For 2022: Puppy Parade! Register your pup and dress them up in costume. Prizes given for best dressed dogs. \n\nCategories for the Kiddy parade are:\n\n\n	Movie & TV Characters\n	Sports Figures\n	Historical Figures\n	Storybook Characters\n	Pets & Animals\n	Wheels & Wagons\n	Clowns & Bums\n	Miscellanous\n\n\nCash prizes will be awarded to the parade entries that are judged to be first\, second and third place winners in each of the eight categories.
