SUMMARY:Blizzard Blast Hospice Fundraiser
DESCRIPTION:The 2013 Blizzard Blast Hospice Fundraiser is sponsored by Allina Health Home Care Services (formerly ConnectCare).  The event will be held on Friday\, January 25\, 2013\, from 5-11:30 p.m. at the Glencoe City Center.  Please join us as we raise funds to support hospice services in the Hutchinson and Glencoe communities.  With continued low reimbursement rates\, Medicare\, Medical Assistance and other insurance does not cover the cost of quality hospice services.  We need community support to continue offering skilled nursing visits\, volunteers\, respite care\, emotional and spiritual support and integrative therapies such as musician visits and pet therapy.  The evening will include dinner\, live music from Blurred Vision\, $500.00 grand prize drawing\, live and silent auctions\, raffles and wine tasting.  Ticket cost is $30 each and can be purchased at a variety of local businesses including:  Glencoe Regional Health Services\, Glencoe Chamber of Commerce (City Center)\, Coborn's (Glencoe)\, Care Connection Thrift Shop (Glencoe)\, Hutchinson Area Health Care\, Cash Wise (Hutchinson) and Allina Health Home Care Services\, formerly ConnectCare (Hutchinson).
