DESCRIPTION:We are excited to provide a parent workshop in conjunction with our Health and Wellness Day! This\n\nevent is made possible\, in part\, by a grant from the Hutchinson Health Foundation.\n\nJoin us for a relaxing 2   hour session\, spend time networking with other parents of youth and young\n\nadults with disabilities\, and listen to a presentation from Marcy LaCroix of Disability Hub MN.\n\n\n\nAbout the speaker:\n\nMarcy LaCroix is a senior staff with Disability Hub MN\, currently in the role of Community Capacity\n\nBuilder\, with over 30 years of experience in disability services from entertainment and enjoyment\, to\n\nwork and home life. Marcy is passionate in the area of person-centered practices as a trainer\,\n\npresenter\, and ambassador. She is also a Community Partner Work Incentives Coordinator (CPWIC)\n\nhaving completed training on the impact of Social Security and other benefits with the Virginia\n\nCommonwealth University\, and works to find unique ways to apply person-centered practices in this\n\narea.\n\n\n\nAbout the presentation:\n\nDisability Hub MN is a partner in navigating the complexities of services and benefits often\n\nencountered within the disability community. This presentation provides an in-depth introduction to\n\nDisability Hub MN  who "The Hub" is\; its virtual tools and resources\; and how it supports\n\nindividuals and families in putting the pieces together. There will be ample time for questions and\n\nanswers\, as we explore how the Hub fits into your toolbox as a resource on your journey of providing a\n\ngood life for your young person and the entire family.\n\n\n\nRegistration Form
