Featuring fantastic foods\, celebrity chefs\, marvelous music\, area artisans\, goofy games and lots of garlic - all in support of a healthy environment and vital rural communities in Minnesota.\n\n\n\nSixteen of the finest garlic growers will have the first of their 2024 crop ready for you to eat or plant.  \n\n\n\nThere will be unique food with everything from Tibetan to Koran\, Indian to BBQ\, local chicken\, kettle corn and organic cotton candy\, pasties to pulled pork\, spiced goat to Greek gyros\, mushrooms\, sammies\, po mi   and we haven't even mentioned the desserts\, like two kinds of garlic ice cream\, cheese cake and cake shakes.  Plus wine and beer from Crow River Winery\, including their Garlic Bloody Marys.\n\n\n\nTheres'a a Celebrity Chef Demo Stage with free recipes.\n\n\n\nWe're all about the local farmers who grow food for you d\\to eat.  Dozens of them will be there wearing "Ask Me\, I'm a Farmer" buttons   so ask them!\n\n\n\nKids activities all day\, including the famous kite making-and-flying feature\, plus the state's quirkiest parade\, The Peculiar Pragmatic Promenade.\n\n\n\nAnd did we mention the garlic?  Glorious gobs of local garlic!
