The second half hour we will have a 30 minute group education talk. The program encourages participants to eat a healthy level of protein and calories each day and teaches the benefits of good nutrition and exercise.\n\nSpecific rules will be in place to keep everyone consistent.\n\n\n\nCost for participation in the challenge is $30. $5 of that goes towards materials and hand outs. The remainder of the entry fees are paid out to the top winners in cash and prizes.
