DESCRIPTION:Grab your Valentine and spend the morning nurturing each other's mental\, physical\, and emotional well-being. Partner yoga is a fun and unique way to connect and foster communication\, whether it be with a spouse\, child or friend. It's also a great way to inspire your own practice as the same old postures feel brand new when done with a friend or loved-one. This will be a joyful practice\, sure to leave a smile on your face and in... your heart.\n\n\n\nAfter connecting with your partner in our yoga studio we invite you to Zellas for a free lunch.*\n\n\n\n\n\nAndrea Simonson\, RYT\, will be your guide and welcomes all\, regardless of experience. \n\n\n\n$23 Pre-registration - $28 day-of registration\n\nPer-person\n\nLimited Space Available. Find a partner and register early!\n\n\n\n*After the workshop has ended each student will receive a ticket for a free meal off of the lunch menu at Zellas restaurant\, located two blocks north of Genesis\, on the same side of the street. The free meal ticket includes one lunch-time meal and does not include beverages. The ticket valid only on the date of the yoga workshop.
