The Blue Collar Tour Mission & Goal As ambassadors of the trades we gear up & travel the country with help from our leading industry sponsors in hopes of bringing attention to the growing gap in the trades industry. As the older generations of trade workers are quickly retiring\, fewer younger workers are learning the skills to pick up the tools to take their place. Our hope by bringing the Blue Collar Tour to you is to enlighten\, educate\, & encourage students around the country on their home turf in a unique way. We want to help students to think critically about joining the trades after graduation in order to help build a lucrative career\, a successful life\, and a better community for themselves & the generations that follow.
