AFC Paddleboard Yoga
Looking to try yoga with a twist?! How about on a paddleboard?! AFC is hosting Paddleboard Yoga June 24th at 5:30pm on Lake Minnebelle. We welcome Kim Thomas, owner of Brown Dog Paddleboard Co. out of Stillwater, MN, to supply us with our boards and 2 hours of fitness drills and yoga. Please sign up early as we only have space for 12 participants. We ask you show up at Lake Minnebelle at 5:30pm to get fitted for your board, and sign any necessary paperwork. Instruction will begin at 6pm. If you feel you need a life jacket, feel free to bring one! We want this event to be low stress with maximum benefits for our guests!
The cost is $50 (non-refundable) for the board and instruction. If you own your own board, your cost will be $30.
