Aging Adults and Parents Meeting

This group is for adults who are in need of guidance for themselves or for their aging parents. From financial planning to how to stay at home for as long as possible. We will provide the tools to help guide you to the answers you need to keep yourself and/or your parents healthy, happy, and safe. We meet the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 6:30 pm. This month we will have a licensed Physical Therapist coming in to talk about "Physical Therapy In-Home Exercises."
