This group is for adults who are in need of guidance for themselves or for their aging parents. From financial planning to tips on how to stay living at home. We will provide the tools to help guide you to the answers you need to keep yourself and/or your parents healthy, happy, and safe. We meet the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 6:30 pm. This month we will have a licensed Physical Therapist, Dennis Eickhoff, with Adara Home Health coming in to talk about "Physical Therapy In-Home Exercises." Learn independent exercises to do at home and help you stay active. Remember what they say, "If you don't want to lose it, you got to use it". These meetings are FREE and is OPEN to the public.
