Annual HAY (Hutchinson Area Youth) Drive-Trick or Treat for McLeod Food Shelf!

Annual HAY (Hutchinson Area Youth) Drive

Wednesday, October 28 | Beginning at 5:00 PM
Hutchinson Residents Only

The annual HAY (Hutchinson Area Youth) Drive returns on Wednesday, October 28! This community-wide, “trick-or-treat” style food drive brings together youth from 11 participating area churches to collect food donations throughout Hutchinson.

Hutchinson residents who would like to participate are encouraged to leave food donations out for collection beginning at 5:00 PM. Youth volunteers will travel throughout the community collecting donations and delivering them directly to McLeod Food Shelf, where the food will be sorted and redistributed to local individuals and families experiencing food insecurity.

The HAY Drive is a longstanding example of Hutchinson’s youth, churches, and residents coming together to support their neighbors and strengthen our community.

Please note: Door-to-door collection is available within Hutchinson only.
