Whether you are new at home canning or have been canning for years, you will learn what’s safe, what’s not, the latest research and resources available. Join University of Minnesota Extension food safety educator, Suzanne Driessen, and experience the step-by-step process of safe home canning methods. In this hands-on-class, you will actually can pickled dilly beans using the boiling bath processing canning method and take a jar home with you. All supplies will be provided.
