Welcome to all our new friends to the Dominion Cares *Reimagine Home Care Movement* As many of you know, our industry is rapidly changing. The big cities have a large number of providers and caregivers compared to the rural communities in which most of us work. On top of that are the prevailing federal policies that are cutting back in funding Medicare and Medicaid covered services. On its part, Minnesota DHS has recently rolled out strict oversight measures aiming at curtailing fraud, waste and abuse. Other measures are in the works. Dominion Cares has developed its own approach to the national and state motivated uncertainties - Reimagine Home Care. We believe that if we can deliver care that's Competent, rooted in Dignity, and unwavering in Reliability to our clients, be they family members or not, we will be okay.
