Hutchinson Rotary Club Presents Judge Carolan

The Hutchinson Rotary Club has announced that Minnesota District Court Judge Robert Carolan will be the guest speaker at the Rotary Club meeting on Wednesday, February 10, 2010, at noon at the McLeod County Historical Society building in Hutchinson. Carolan will discuss his experiences as a judge in post-war Bosnia and also in Herzegovina, and also discuss how that experience has influenced is continuing work as one of Minnesota?s approximately 300 district court judges. His international judicial experience includes service as an
International Judge with the United Nations in Kosovo, Pristina, Kosovo, work as the chair of the Kosovo Judicial and Prosecutorial Council, also in Pristina, and an appointment as an International Judge with the War Crimes Chamber in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Sarajevo.
