Job Fair and Open House

JOB FAIR FOR CONSTRUCTION AND BUILDING TRADES, OPEN HOUSE FOR TRAINING PROGRAM BY AMERICAN WORKSHOP Contractors in the Construction Industry are looking for new talent in the trades. Come meet them and learn about training that gives you the hard skills you need to get hired in the Construction and Building Trades. This Job Fair and Open House introduces people ages 17+ to local Contractors who are hiring. The first CONSTRUCTION TRADES JOB FAIR AND OPEN HOUSE for McLeod County and surrounding area is being held at the Hutchinson Event Center. Special thanks to RAM Buildings, Inc. of Winsted for being our host at this event! High school seniors* graduating in 2015 are going to be VIPs at this event. High school juniors and freshmen are welcome to attend, and start planning for our 2016 career education offerings. Hutchinson In our Green Construction Trades Course, you will learn the basics you'll need to work on the construction job site, and get an overview of the Construction Industry. You'll get a great introduction to Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Green Construction Practices, Carpentry (rough and finished), and much more. You'll get your own tool belt, and a pair of high quality steel toed boots. All ages are welcome to attend and participate.
