Learn to Make Sushi Class

Have you ever wanted to try making sushi, or maybe just try it? Here is your chance: Megan Peterson will be at the Clay Coyote Gallery to show us, in a hands-on workshop, how to make sushi--it's not all raw fish! Actually 'Sushi' is about the rice. And after Megan shows us how, if you want, you can try it right then! Now you can learn how to make sushi, plus sample the different types, california rolls, spicy tuna, and more. Even taste some sake! If you have never tried it, this is a good way to do so without the intimidation. Bring your friends for a fun afternoon.
