- Eighteen of the regions finest garlic growers with the best of this year's crop for your table or your garden – or both.
- Local Food trucks galore!
- Cooking Demos throughout the day hosted by Ami Mies, publisher of Edible Minnesota Magazine.
- Local wines – including a garlic wine! – beers, Garlic Bloody Mary, and cider from Crow River Winery.
- Quirky and surprising entertainment, larger than life puppets, from bubbles to flamenco, and the summer's wackiest parade.
- Lots of stuff for the kids, including making and flying your own kite.
- An Opening Ceremony at 9:50 a.m., "Throwing Out the First Bulb," that's one of the silliest things in the state, featuring a 9-foot tall walking garlic bulb, the Garlic Princess, costumed dancers and the official "Blessing of the Bloody Mary." Sponsored by The Stinky News.
