Minnesota Soul Circle July Gathering - GET GROUNDED

Do you crave real connection and community with other like-minded souls who are on a similar journey? Then this is the place! Here you can find support, share your experiences, and grow in your gifts. Whether you are new to spirituality, or deeply invested in it, all are welcome. You are invited to join us twice a month for in-person community classes and connection. The theme of this session will be GROUNDING. Research shows that sustained connection to the Earth promotes healing, balanced energy, and reduced inflammation. In this session, we will cover all of the basics PLUS have a beautiful moment of healing outside (weather permitting). There will be a one hour presentation & experience, followed by 30-60 minutes of mingling and connecting. Please bring a smartphone and a set of earbuds. The group is open to anyone who resonates with this invite and is seeking to find their tribe and widen their perspective. There is a $10 energy exchange for each class offering.
