Mom Workout Day
A morning for moms to be together, support each other, build a healthier lifestyle & sweat it out. Must be registered in advance in order to receive a goodie bag, be entered into door prize drawings & to receive a Mocha Motion beverage (optional). -Location: Odd Fellows Park -Kids welcome to come play. -Bring a set of weights, a mat and small loop bands. -Full-body interval focused.
