Native Prairie Day Event
Enjoy a 2 mile walk around 40 acres of native prairie and 30 acres of old growth forest. You will learn all sorts of facts about the unique Ecosystem of Southwest Minnesota and various ways the indigenous and early settlers utilized the many resources this ecology provided. You'll get an up-close look at regenerative farming and just how the prairie ecosystem greatly benefits from our rotational grazing practices. Come to witness and enjoy the sacred beauty of the changing prairie, abundant wildlife, nature connection and a renewed reverence for this special place we all call home.
