One Book One Community Meet the Author

Join us for Hutchinson's 2025 Community Book Read. This year's book is Gunflint Falling: Blowdown in the Boundary Waters by Cary J. Griffith. Books are available for purchase at Hutchinson Center for the Arts and McLeod County Historical Society. Join us for Meet the Author event on Saturday, April 12, 2 p.m. at the McLeod County Historical Society. Cary J. Griffith is a Minnesota award-winning author. He shares stories from survivors of the BWCAW's historic weather disaster.
