Paddle Board Yoga works hundreds of muscles in the body at the same time from the bottoms of the feet all the way up through the core and into the shoulders and upper back. When practicing stand up paddle boarding and paddle board yoga, the water and environment create a natural challenge to the body as well as the mind. This sport is surprisingly simple and fun to learn! The instructor, Kim Thomas, is a Certified WPA Paddleboard Instructor and a 500hr Registered Yoga Teacher. She infuses every workshop and class with a sense of fun, adventure and compassion.
