Sound Meditation & Prairie Walk
Join us for a mindfulness journey on a beautiful regenerative farm just 6 miles north of town. Come to learn about and experience sound meditation—a beautiful opportunity to balance the stress of the wider world. Stay for a regenerative farm tour and nature walk in a 40-acre native prairie restoration.
This event is around 2.5 hours and includes a short farm tour. Wear appropriate gear for the weather and be prepared to walk. Family-Friendly. All Welcome. Children, 16 and under, free with a registered adult.
