Spooky Sprint Race Info

Looking for something FUN to do in Hutchinson this fall? Bring the family out for a 5k (3.1 mile) fun run or walk through Hutchinson on Saturday October 29th. The run will start and finish on 1st Ave NE across from Library Square. Costumes are encouraged.

Race Day Packet Pick Up Times: 8:00AM-9:00AM Saturday October 29th, 2011
Start/Finish Location: 1st Ave NE, next to Library Square
Included in Registration: T-Shirt, Water Bottle, race number, breakfast at Zellas, goody bag

Water: Water will be available at the finish line.
Mile Markers: Mile markers will be placed at the 1,2, and 3 mile marks.
Timing: Race times will recorded via a manual timing system. A timing clock will be positioned at the finish line. Race times will be posted on this website by November 1st.
Restrooms: Restrooms will be available on site.
Strollers: Strollers are allowed. The entire course is paved. If running or walking with a stroller, we encourage you to start near the back of the pack.
Headphones: Headphones, mp3 players, etc are allowed. Please be mindful of those around you if using headphones.
Pets: We honestly love pets, but they are not allowed to run/walk with a registrant.

 

Kids Dash Information

Why wear your costume on just Halloween? Costumes are encouraged for this fun kids dash through Hutchinson. The run will be 1/2 mile, starting and finishing on 1st Ave NE near Library Square. Volunteers will be positioned along the route to ensure the kids are safe.
