Designed for individuals experiencing separation or divorce to help manage emotions and navigate the upcoming holiday season. This 2-hour session includes expert advice, real-life stories, group discussion and a "Survival Guide" with practical tips for dealing with new traditions, social events and children's experiences. Providing hope and strategies for a more positive holiday season in the midst of a significant life transition.
