The second annual Tri-County Winter Webinar Series will be held on Tuesday afternoons from September to December, allowing gardeners to learn from experts during the day. Dr. Trappe is originally from Fort Wayne, Indiana, He received his B.Sc. in Agronomy from Purdue University and M.Sc.in Horticulture from the University of Arkansas.
