Water Carnival Kiddy Day Parade

Join us for a Kids' favorite, the Kiddy Day Parade at West River Park in Hutchinson with a Rain Location at the Rec Center.  Kids of different ages can enter the parade in character costumes for a chance to win.  Also meet the Water Carnival Royal Family, Candidates, and Junior Candidates!
