Jay Malone Motors is looking for a BDC Agent to join our growing team! The BDC Agent plays an important role in connecting with customers, following up on leads, and helping schedule sales and service appointments.
We’re looking for someone who is friendly, organized, dependable, and comfortable communicating with customers by phone, text, and email. Automotive experience is helpful but not required. A positive attitude and strong customer service skills are a must!
Responsibilities include:
- Following up with internet and phone leads
- Making outbound calls and sending texts and emails to customers
- Scheduling sales and service appointments
- Responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Maintaining accurate customer information and follow-up notes
- Working closely with our sales and service teams
