This position requires a friendly face and the ability to multi-task! The Front Desk / Chiropractic Assistant's responsibilities include (but are not limited to) greeting patients in the clinic, answering multi-line phones with proper etiquette, scheduling appointments, taking payments, monitoring correct documentation, follow-up phone calls, data entry, typing, filing, assisting the Doctor with patient treatment plans, in helping patients with therapy, leading patients in rehab exercises, assisting patients with therapies included in patients treatment plan, communicating patient financial responsibilities, assisting the Office Manager in helping the growth of the clinic with marketing, communicating with insurance companies, and helping to take outstanding care of our patients, and other aspects of the company that many come up.
