The Winder is responsible for the rewinding, repair, and testing of three-phase electric motors and generators, with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and technical accuracy. This role ensures all work meets company standards, customer specifications, and applicable safety requirements. Rewinding & Repair: Perform stator rewinds, rotor repairs, end winding repairs, and wedge installation.Insulation & Component Insulation: Line slots with insulation, apply epoxy resins, paints and putties.Electrical
