Hutchinson Technology, a TDK Group Company, designs and manufactures critical components for the disk drive, smartphone, and medical markets. As a world-class precision manufacturing partner, we provide customers with industry-leading product and process development; cost-effective, high volume production; and unequaled focus on quality.

The company was named after the city where it was founded in 1965. Our Hutchinson facility is home to our R&D and support functions, along with our precision stamping operation. We have over 500 employees in Hutchinson and over 1,000 in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.
