Join our 6-week Challenge and you receive

*Group support to cheer you on!!
Every week participants will weigh-in, measure and consult with their Personal Wellness Coach the first half hour. The second half hour we will have a 30 minute group education talk. The program encourages participants to eat a healthy level of protein and calories each day and teaches the benefits of good nutrition and exercise.
Specific rules will be in place to keep everyone consistent.
Cost for participation in the challenge is $30. $5 of that goes towards materials and hand outs. The remainder of the entry fees are paid out to the top winners in cash and prizes.
