Partner Yoga Workshop

Grab your Valentine and spend the morning nurturing each other's mental, physical, and emotional well-being. Partner yoga is a fun and unique way to connect and foster communication, whether it be with a spouse, child or friend. It's also a great way to inspire your own practice as the same old postures feel brand new when done with a friend or loved-one. *After the workshop has ended each student will receive a ticket for a free meal off of the lunch menu at Zellas restaurant, located two blocks north of Genesis, on the same side of the street. The free meal ticket includes one lunch-time meal and does not include beverages. The ticket valid only on the date of the yoga workshop.
