Piehl, Hanson, Beckman, P.A. is seeking an experienced and motivated CPA to join our team. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of tax and accounting projects in a collaborative, client-focused environment. While the position may ultimately be based in either our Hutchinson or Cokato office, initial training will take place in Hutchinson.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare individual and business tax returns
- Prepare financial statements for a variety of clients and industries
- Perform general bookkeeping and accounting services
- Provide other public accounting services as needed
- Communicate with clients and team members in a professional and timely manner
Qualifications:
- Active CPA license
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in public accounting
- Experience with individual income tax preparation is a plus
- Strong understanding of GAAP and tax regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, tax prep software)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
