Piehl, Hanson, Beckman, P.A. is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team in Cokato. In this full-time, in-office role, you’ll be responsible for managing payroll for a variety of our clients while working closely with staff in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. A high degree of professionalism and confidentiality is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll accurately and on time for multiple clients
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Communicate with clients and staff to ensure payroll accuracy and resolve issues
- Assist with general bookkeeping and office administration tasks
- Utilize QuickBooks and other payroll software as needed
Qualifications:
- Experience in payroll processing (multi-client or firm experience a plus)
- Proficiency with QuickBooks and general bookkeeping
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and handle confidential information
