We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent or an individual wanting to purse their Real Estate license, to join our team to work with buyers and sellers. The ideal candidate should have a passion for helping clients find their dream home and an in-depth understanding of the real estate market. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for managing the home-buying process, from identifying and showing properties to negotiating offers. The candidate must be able to provide a high-level of customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales as well as the ability to use their expertise to make quick and accurate decisions. We're looking for a strong leader to manage clients and possess a high-level of responsiveness, attention to detail, organized, high-communication skills, ability to problem-solve and take dedication and ownership to the position.

We offer a training and coaching plans to earn $80,000+ annually.

Responsibilities/Skills:

  • Identify properties that meets the needs and requirements of clients
  • Schedule and conduct property showings
  • Advise clients on the real estate market trends, prices and mortgages
  • Draft and submit offers and negotiate terms on behalf of clients
  • Coordinate and communicate with other professionals involved in transaction such as lenders, inspectors, and attorneys
  • Prepare and review contracts and other legal documents
  • Ensure that all paperwork and contracts are accurate and complete
  • Attend and participate in team meetings and training sessions

Qualifications:

  • Experience in real estate required, must have 1-2 years 
  • Real Estate License required (If previously licensed, will consider or willing to become licensed)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Proficient with technology and software used in the real estate industry
  • Passionate about providing exceptional customer service to clients
